Installation of additional CCTVs and solar lights on all streets.

16 CCTVs will be donated by the Municipal Office; an ocular inspection will be conducted today to determine the areas where it will be positioned.

Installation of solar lights on all streets.

25 solar lights will be donated by Municipal Office, 10 had already been given today, additional will still be procured.

Repair of perimeter fence along Lauan St, Mahogany St, and Acacia Lane.

BOD will determine the length and width of the fence that will be installed/repaired and will submit this to Admin Kit next week.

2. Repair of Drainage (Ph 3 Narra Drive Leading to Narra St.)

Ocular inspection by the Cainta Engineering department will happen this Monday.
3. Phase 1 Basketball Court Rehabilitation

All the parked vehicles will be requested to be removed. This will be converted into court that will cater to other sports like pickleball, badminton, etc.

Ocular inspection by Admin Kit will be done next Wednesday.
4. Construction of Phase 2 Children’s Park

Will be scheduled within the week, priorities were given to other areas that requested first.
5. Construction of Shuttle Service Terminal and Improvement of Phase 3 Park and Fences

This will be inspected also on Wednesday next week by Admin Kit.
