New Traffic Scheme Trial at Palmera Heights

Introduction of a New Traffic Scheme:

In our continuous effort to improve the quality of life within Palmera Heights, the Board of Directors convened on April 8, 2024, at the administrative office. A resolution was passed to initiate a trial run of a new traffic scheme within our community. This initiative aims to streamline our traffic flow and enhance safety for all residents and visitors.

 

Details of the New Traffic Scheme:

Two-Way Streets:

1. Narra Avenue: From the gate up to Phase 3 Gazebo
2. Narra Avenue: From the Grotto to Narra Street
3. All Streets of Phase 2
4. Acacia Lane Entire stretch

 

One-Way Streets:

1. Narra Drive (Going Up): From the corner of Phase 3 Gazebo to the Grotto.
2. Narra Avenue (Going Down): From the Grotto towards the exit to Phase 3 Gazebo.
3. Upper Acacia Lane (Going Down) to:

• Tindalo Street
• Molave Street
• Yakal Street
• Guijo Street

 

Effective Date and Duration:

This new traffic scheme will be in effect starting April 16, 2024, and will undergo a one-month trial period. The continuation or adjustment of this scheme will be determined based on the outcomes of the trial run.

 

Further Notices:

Please be on the lookout for new signage to be installed throughout Palmera Heights in the upcoming days, which will guide you through the changes.
